One-stage or two-stage?
One-stage removes most swirls and restores gloss — the right call for most daily drivers. Two-stage adds a heavier cutting pass first for deeper scratches and neglected paint. We recommend after seeing the car.
Can you remove every scratch?
Anything that's through the clear coat (you can catch it with a fingernail) can't be polished out — that's paint work. Everything above that usually can.
How long does it take?
A one-stage on a sedan is typically most of a day; two-stage on a large SUV can be two days. We'll give you a timeline with the quote.
Should I coat it afterwards?
If you want the results to last, yes. Correction without protection means the swirls slowly return. See the ceramic coating page.
