How we bring them back
Mask & assess
We tape off the paint and trim, then check how deep the oxidation goes so we use the right starting grit.
Wet sand
Progressive sanding removes the yellowed, failed factory coating and the haze underneath it.
Polish
Machine polishing brings the lens back to optical clarity.
Seal
A UV-blocking sealant protects the fresh surface so the fog doesn’t come back in a few months.

How long does it last?
With the sealant, typically a year or more in the Florida sun. Parking in shade or a garage extends it; we can re-seal at a maintenance visit.
Will it fix cracks or moisture inside the lens?
No — restoration fixes the outside of the lens. Cracks, internal condensation or a peeling inner coating mean the housing needs replacing, and we’ll tell you that up front.
How long does it take?
About an hour for both headlights. It pairs well with any detail package.
Is it worth it versus new headlights?
For most cars, yes — restoration is a fraction of the cost of OEM housings and delivers the same clarity when the lens is intact.
